Who's responsible

The 30+ Manual is created by Andrei Aladin. For privacy questions or an access or deletion request, contact @the30plusmanual. We'll arrange a private way to verify your request. Do not post personal information publicly.

Checkout information

When you start checkout, we send the email address you enter and the selected product to Lava.top. Lava processes payment under its own policies. The 30+ Manual provides your download after payment verification. We do not receive or store your card number.

We keep an order reference, payment status, product, price and timestamps. Checkout emails and incoming payment messages are encrypted at rest. Email copies are removed from this site's database after 30 days; raw payment messages after 14 days. Lava's own retention is separate.

Essential cookies

A first-party session cookie protects forms, connects a checkout to its status and, for administrators, keeps the admin session secure. It is not an advertising cookie. Closing your browser normally ends a visitor session; admin sessions expire after eight hours.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we record page and product views, preview opens and checkout steps. A random session reference connects those events. We also keep sanitized campaign tags, such as a campaign name, to understand first and most recent visits. We do not send email addresses, card details or page query strings into site analytics.

Analytics events are removed after 90 days. Your analytics preference and campaign attribution are stored on your device for up to 30 days. You can change your preference with “Cookie choices” in the footer. Verified payment records are operational records and are kept whether optional analytics is enabled or not.

Security and other services

Short-lived, keyed references to network addresses help limit abuse; raw network addresses are not saved in the application database. The hosting provider and Lava may process information needed to run their services. Links to Instagram and Lava leave this site and follow those services' policies.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics and still buy a manual. You can request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your purchase. Some transaction information may need to be retained to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or run behavioral advertising on this site.
